Leadership

Rise Up Reno Youth Leadership groups are currently active in Hutchinson High School and Hutchinson Middle Schools, Buhler High School, Prairie Hills Middle School, Nickerson High School and Haven High School. They meet once a week to go over upcoming events. They meet monthly to learn new skills and strengthen the skills they already have.

The leadership students participate many activities during the year including community service for other groups, helping with carnivals, and time in grade schools presenting and inspiring younger students. Their main message is alcohol, tobacco and other drug prevention, bullying awareness and making good choices. Kids who stay involved and connected do better in school and have more successes.
