Leadership

Rise Up Reno Youth Leadership empowers students to be positive role models in their schools and communities. Our groups are active in Hutchinson High School, Hutchinson Middle School, Buhler High School, Prairie Hills Middle School, Nickerson High School, and Haven High School.

Youth leaders meet weekly to plan and prepare for upcoming projects, and they gather monthly to learn new skills, practice leadership, and grow together as a team.

Throughout the year, students participate in meaningful activities such as community service projects, supporting school events, and visiting elementary classrooms to encourage and inspire younger students. Their message focuses on alcohol, tobacco, and other drug prevention, bullying awareness, and the importance of making healthy choices.
